Warranty and Returns

Warranty Policy

The AlcoSense Warranty Policy will only cover parts defective in material and/or workmanship.

Defects that have resulted from the following causes are not covered by warranty:

  • improper or unreasonable use or maintenance
  • accidents
  • excess moisture
  • insects
  • improper packaging
  • lightning
  • power surges
  • unauthorised tampering, alteration or modification

Items that are under warranty and deemed faulty by Andatech will be repaired or replaced. You must contact us to raise an RA / Case number.

No product return will be accepted without a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Should the customer receive any product that is faulty or dead on arrival, the customer must contact AlcoSense within 14 days to discuss how to send the product back for replacement. 

Items found not to be faulty or found to have been misused may incur a minimum labour cost ($45) and freight cost to send the items/goods back to the customer.

Register your Warranty

If you agree to the Warranty Policy, you can register your AlcoSense Warranty on My Andatech, the central location for all Andatech products. On My Andatech, you can keep track of your products, submit support requests and book in your calibrations. You can also upload your proof of purchase to your product registration for future reference.

Provide details on the product you have and the issues you are having so that we can solve the issue for you over the phone, or authorise an RA if it needs to be returned to us.

Please keep a copy of your proof of purchase for all future warranty purposes, or upload it to your My Andatech account for future reference.
