AlcoSense Warranty Policy

Warranties only cover parts defective in material and/or workmanship.

Defects that have resulted from the following causes are not covered by warranty:

• improper or unreasonable use or maintenance
• accident
• excess moisture
• insects
• improper packing
• lightning
• power surges
• unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification

Items that are under warranty and deemed faulty by Andatech will be repaired or replaced then shipped at no charge.

All costs associated with transporting or sending goods to Andatech will be incurred by the sender.

Should the customer receive any product which is faulty or dead on arrival, the customer must notify Andatech within 14 days to discuss how to send the product back for replacement.

No return will be accepted without an RA number.

Items found not to be faulty or found to have been misused may incur a minimum labour cost ($45) and freight cost to send the items/goods back to the customer.
