Breathalyser for the Elderly
It seems even the elderly need a good breathalyser to check themselves before they get behind the wheel of a car.
A 90-year-old lady was arrested over the weekend in Batemans Bay when she recorded a BAC reading of .230, over 3 times the legal limit!
She's been charged with driving under the influence and for failing to to supply a breath analysis at the police station.
No matter what age you are you should always carry an Alcosense personal breathalyser to know your limit. It's even more important though as we get older. As we age it becomes much more difficult for our body to process alcohol and what would have been fine, 50 years ago may have us well over the limit today!
